From turbine technicians in the North East to STEM students inspired by new opportunities, Dogger Bank proves that clean energy powers communities as well as homes.

Energy Minister Michael Shanks said: “As shown by this independent report, offshore wind projects such as Dogger Bank will generate billions for the UK, while also delivering thousands of good jobs – showing once again that clean power is the economic opportunity of the 21st century.”

Built by SSE Renewables, Equinor, and Vårgrønn, Dogger Bank will generate renewable energy for around six million UK homes once fully operational, and it’s already starting to deliver.
