Frank is an accomplished leader with over twenty years of experience in the offshore energy sector. He has a strong track record in managing technical organizations and driving growth and innovation.
Frank spent more than ten years in senior positions at Fugro, and Heerema Marine Contractors. His strategic mindset, technical expertise, and focus on developing talent will be invaluable in guiding CAPE Holland through its next phase of growth.
