General – MoU
GO OFFSHORE (GO) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Dong Fang Offshore (DFO), establishing the framework for future cooperation across offshore wind and oil & gas vessel-related projects.
Both companies will target three areas of cooperation:
• Australian Expansion – DFO will provide vessels to GO for offshore projects in Australia, combining GO’s local expertise with DFO’s advanced fleet.
• Technology Exchange – Together, we will share technical knowledge on offshore wind vessels, paving the way for future investment in newbuilds tailored to the Australian market.
• Global Project Cooperation – Beyond Australia, GO and DFO will jointly pursue global opportunities, including Taiwan and across the Asia-Pacific region.
