Marco Polo Shipyard enters Vessel Service Agreement

Monday, August 25 2025

General – Service Agreement

Marco Polo Shipyard at Singapore will provide comprehensive ship repair, maintenance and conversion services for Cyan Renewables’ 34 vessels in a three-year contract.

Sean Lee, CEO of Marco Polo Marine, said: “The partnership with Cyan Renewables underscores our strategic commitment to the renewable energy sector while expanding our shipyard’s capabilities.”

“With increased dry dock capacity, we are not only equipped to meet rising demand but also poised to deliver long-term value to our customers and stakeholders as the industry evolves.”

This marks the third major deal struck up by Cyan since its establishment in 2022.

Just last year, Cyan signed a contract with Vard for the production of a hybrid power service operation vessel (SOV), following soon after a 15-year charter contract signed with Siemens Gamesa.
