On Friday, 15 August 2025, Edda Wind took delivery of Commissioning Service Operation Vessel Monsoon Enabler from Vard Vung Tau, Vietnam.
Following commissioning, Monsoon Enabler will commence operation in Taiwan for a fixed period until the end of 2025.
Monsoon Enabler is one of four sister vessels designed exclusively for Edda Wind. With unparalleled flexibility and operability for operations in wind farms anywhere in the world. Prepared for zero-emission operations based on a Liquid Organic Hydrogen Carrier (LOHC) concept in addition to being methanol-ready.
The CSOV is 87,5 in length and can accommodate up to 120 persons in total.
