General – Appointment
The Board of Directors of Petrobras elected this Friday, engineer Angélica Garcia Cobas Laureano, to the position of Executive Director of Energy Transition and Sustainability.

With Angélica’s appointment, Petrobras’ Executive Board will now be composed of five women, including one serving as president, out of a total of nine members. This marks the first time in the company’s history that the senior management has more women than men.
Angélica Laureano brings 45 Years of Experience, Including 37 at Petrobras, 21 in Management Roles On the Executive Board, she joins directors Clarice Coppetti, Renata Baruzzi, Sylvia Anjos, and the company’s president, Magda Chambriard.
