Saudi Aramco has launched tenders for at least four offshore engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects involving brownfield and maintenance work on multiple oil and gas fields.
The Saudi giant carries out offshore maintenance projects through its coveted long-term agreement (LTA) framework, which in recent years has consistently offered EPC deals worth $2 billion to $3 billion annually.
While the LTA activity has been moving at a slower pace during the first half of 2025, several likely Saudi Arabia project awards in the coming months, along with new tenders, are likely to boost tendering activities to robust levels.
