Heerema Engineering Solutions (HES) appoints Elisa Romero Pascual as its new Managing Director!
In her role as the subject matter expert for floating wind, Elisa has been a driving force for many of our developments. Throughout her time at HES, she has shown exceptional leadership and vision.
By combining her hands-on experience and commercial know-how, HES relies on Elisa to continue to develop our organisation, supported by our existing Management Team members Henk Smienk (Manager Engineering) and Silvan Slijpen (Commercial Manager).
