General – DEME Acquisition

Almost a month after the acquisition of Havfram by the DEME Group, Havfram has announced that Ingrid Due-Gundersen is stepping down from her role as CEO.

Even Larsen will now take over the role of Managing Director.

Havfram is currently building two next generation wind turbine installation vessels. Both vessels, which are under construction and expected to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2025 and early 2026 respectively, are already contracted for the second half of 2026.

The company already has an order book of around €600 million, including support for the construction of some of the world’s largest offshore wind farms from 2026 to 2030.
