Deep Wind Offshore (DWO) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dongyang Co., a well-established marine services provider based in Yeosu, South Korea.

The agreement represents a key milestone in strengthening regional partnerships to advance offshore wind development along Korea’s southern coastline.

With over 40 years of experience, Dongyang offers a wide range of marine and port services, including ship-to-ship (STS) oil transfer, port safety operations, and oil spill response.

As a long-standing and trusted local operator, Dongyang brings critical expertise and regional knowledge that will contribute to the success of DWO’s offshore wind initiatives.

The MoU highlights DWO’s dedication to collaboration, environmental stewardship, and long-term value creation through partnerships with local communities and stakeholders.
