Wind Energy – TIER-1 Supplier

OW Ocean Winds celebrates first for Poland’s offshore wind industry!

OW selects CRIST Offshore as the first-ever TIER 1 supplier for our BC-Wind project in Poland.

CRIST will be responsible for the design, construction, and commissioning of the project’s offshore electrical substation.

The 2,000-tonne OSS will be built in Gdynia and is set for completion in mid-2027.

Dan Finch, OW’s Country Manager in Poland, says it best: “This is a historic moment for the entire Polish offshore wind sector. Cooperation with CRIST Offshore confirms the readiness of Polish companies to implement technologically advanced projects and strengthens Poland’s position on the global renewable energy market.”
