Monday, March 31 2025

General – Acquisition

HSM Offshore Energy has announced that the Dutch solution provider is to become part of Eiffage, marking the next chapter in the company’s growth and ambition to lead the transformation of offshore energy.

Smulders, a subsidiary of Eiffage Métal, has acquired 100% of HSM Offshore Energy.

This strategic move, fully supported by the management and shareholders of HSM Offshore Energy, builds on a strong foundation of cooperation.

Over the years, HSM Offshore Energy and Smulders have successfully partnered on several complex offshore energy projects, demonstrating our shared commitment to quality, innovation, and reliability.

The offshore renewable energy market is evolving rapidly. With the increasing size and complexity of offshore wind projects and the emergence of new markets, financial strength and technical innovation are more important than ever.

As part of the Eiffage Group, HSM Offshore Energy will have access to an even wider network of production facilities, enabling it to better serve its customers and take on larger, more complex projects ranging from monopiles, transition pieces, jackets, and large offshore topsides.
