Fossil Energy – Four-level Structure

On February 10, 2025, the final platform of the Marjan GOSP-4 complex sailed away from McDermott’s Batam yard after completing fabrication.

The Marjan oil and gas field is located in the Arabian Gulf, off the eastern coast of Saudi Arabia.

Weighing 26,700 metric tons, it is the largest and heaviest process platform in Saudi Aramco’s offshore history.

This four-level structure plays a key role in separating wet crude from gas, transporting crude onshore, and directing gas to the Gas Compression Platform.
