SBM Offshore has agreed with Cierco Energy to sell all of its shares in Floventis Energy.
SBM Offshore has acquired valuable knowledge through its partnership to develop the Llyr projects in the UK and the Cademo project in the US and is proud to have contributed to the advancement of these pioneering projects.
The company remains optimistic about the vast potential for sustainable growth in the floating wind sector and is concentrating its efforts on larger-scale projects.
