Inspirit Capital sold CWind to All Energies Services Group (AES Group), a leading provider of sustainable energy solutions.
Founded in 2010, CWind is renowned for delivering comprehensive support to the offshore wind industry, including crew transfer vessels, asset management, and turnkey engineering services. The company has established a robust reputation for innovation, safety, and operational excellence in the UK and across Europe.
CWind was divested by Global Marine Group to Inspirit in October 2023, and Inspirit has since played an active role in delivering the carve-out, strengthening the senior leadership team and reestablishing the business as a robust standalone entity.
The strategic acquisition by AES Group marks a significant milestone in their mission to expand its footprint in the renewable energy sector and reinforces its commitment to driving the global transition to clean energy.
