Wind Energy – Survey Services
Next Geosolutions Europe has been awarded a contract by Dutch TSO TenneT for survey activities in the Nederwiek and Doordewind Offshore Wind Farm Zones.
The contract, with a contract value of €27 million, involves the execution of a marine UXO survey to identify and locate magnetic anomalies potentially associated with unexploded ordnance in the Doordewind offshore wind area. These anomalies may represent obstacles to the installation of new offshore infrastructure.
Additionally, the contract includes an UXO survey in the Nederwiek offshore wind area, where the Company successfully conducted similar activities during 2024.
Operations in the Nederwiek area are scheduled to start in Q1 2025 and will continue within the year, while those in the Doordewind area are planned to take place between Q1 and Q4 2026.
