Fossil Energy – Naming Ceremony
Last week at COSCO Shipping (Qidong) Offshore, China, SBM Offshore celebrated the successful completion of engineering masterpiece FPSO Alexandre de Gusmão that will soon be sailing away to Brazil.
This impressive vessel will serve Petrobras Brazil, for 22.5 years.
During the event, COO Alex Glenn commented: “FPSO Alexandre de Gusmão represents a remarkable feat of human endeavour, drawing on the best expertise from around the world. It is a truly global collaboration with thousands of people in hundreds of organizations coming together to deliver the mega product that is a Fast4ward FPSO.”
