The company successfully manufactured 40 XXL wind turbine monopile foundations for the project, which, upon completion, will become Germany’s largest offshore wind farm.

Once operational, Borkum Riffgrund 3 will have a capacity of 913 MW, providing clean energy to approximately 900,000 households. This marks a significant achievement in CS WIND Offshore’s ongoing partnership with energy giant Ørsted.

With this milestone, the company looks forward to embarking on its next monopile project.
