Today it was announced that Hugo Loudon and Stefan Braat have signed an agreement with VINCI Energies for the acquisition of RH Marine and Bakker Sliedrecht from the Netherlands.
RH Marine and Bakker Sliedrecht have both developed in recent years under the leadership of Hugo Loudon and Stefan Braat into healthy and innovative system integrators in the field of electrical engineering and automation.
RH Marine is the leading expert for defence- and security vessels and superyachts, whereas Bakker Sliedrecht is the specialist for dredging- and offshore vessels and specific land-based applications.
RH Marine and Bakker Sliedrecht find a strong partner in VINCI Energies, assuring also for the long term that we will be well positioned to support our clients even more with innovative, qualitative, and sustainable solutions.
In addition to that, the expertise of VINCI Energies in the field of electrical engineering and automation solutions is complementary to the expertise of RH Marine and Bakker Sliedrecht, which will contribute to the execution of their growing order portfolio.
VINCI Energies will enter the maritime market with this transaction and will strengthen its market position.
The transaction will be submitted to the Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM) and is expected to be completed in Q4 202.
