Canpac Marine Services from Canada has officially acquired Tidewater Subsea.
The integration of Tidewater Subsea (formerly ITB Subsea) under the Canpac brand will expand Canpac’s capabilities, enabling the company to serve a wider geographic area in the submarine cable laying sector.
The combined expertise and resources will allow uCanpac to meet the increasing demands of the subsea cable market and further enhance the quality of Canpac’s offerings.
