Wind Energy – Partnership
LS Cable & System has signed a partnership agreement with Mokpo National University to foster technology in the offshore wind power industry.
This agreement aims to promote technology development and train specialized personnel in the offshore wind power sector through a collaboration between industry and academia.
Mokpo National University is the only institution in Korea that possesses testing facilities and technology specifically for marine cables. It also operates a marine cable testing and research center capable of conducting international certification evaluations.
Through this agreement, we at LS C&S intend to strengthen our collaboration with this marine cable testing and research center, building a closer and more developmental industry-academia partnership.
