Wind Energy – Sandbank
Brian Stuhr, Operations & Maintenance Manager Sandbank mentioned in a social media post the successful completion of the Sandbank SOV service campaign 2024.
After 10 weeks with the Acta Centaurus the Sandbank team managed to complete the WTG, Statutory and Foundation Service Campaign on all 72 turbines – 13 days ahead of schedule.
In order to achieve this, 40 technicians in 8 teams completed 29000 working hours on the turbines.
The Acta Centaurus is now at DanTysk with another 80 turbines waiting for their service.
