First sea cable for Hollandse Kust connection

Wind Energy – Hollandse Kust

This weekend the first sea cable from TenneT TSO was successfully pulled under the dunes for the connection of the Hollandse Kust (west Beta) offshore wind farm near Velsen.

In the coming days, contractor NBOS (Boskalis Offshore Energy & Orient Cable) will bury this cable in the seabed.

Cable number two will follow shortly.
