Diederik Impens, General Manager APT Global, recently wrote on social media, that the loading procedure of monopiles for Coastal Virginia offshore windfarm in the USA, has been completed.
The monopiles were loaded on the semi-sub Sun Rise at Europort Rostock, Germany,
The sea fastening and supporting structures were executed by APT Global Marine & Offshore Engineering in close cooperation with DEME’s project team.
As reported earlier, Dominion Energy selected DEME for the transportation and installation of the foundations and the substations.
