General – Completion of Sale
Neptune Energy today announced completion of the sale of Neptune Energy Group to Eni International BV and Neptune Energy Norge AS to Vår Energi ASA.
The carve-out of Neptune’s activities in Germany was completed prior to the completion of the Neptune Energy Group sale.
It will continue as a stand-alone entity, owned and operated by CIC, Carlyle and CVC Capital Partners.
