The recent acquisition strengthens Global Maritime’s footprint into the emerging Spanish offshore wind sector and will serve as a gateway for future expansion into the Mediterranean region, enabling continued support to our clients and the anticipated growth in both fixed and floating offshore wind markets.
Iberian Offshore brings in-depth knowledge of the local market and significant experience in the fixed-bottom offshore wind industry including foundation and monopile design and other specialist engineering and maritime consultancy.
With a track record both in Spain and across Europe, as well as the US, integrating this expertise with Global Maritime’ existing offshore wind capability will strengthen Global Maritime’s position as a market leader in the offshore renewables sector across both bottom fixed and the fast-emerging floating wind sector.
