Sif and Smulders have partnered with JBO (Jörss – Blunck – Ordemann) to revive the Tripod, leveraging JBO’s expertise in original Tripod design acquired through their acquisition of OWT.
This collaboration allows the partners to combine fabrication skills with detailed Tripod expertise, taking its development to new heights!
Previously, manufacturing studies revealed the Tripod’s unique niche potential for specific soil and climate conditions, distinct from traditional solutions like monopiles and jackets. With JBO on board, Sif and Smulders are geared up to optimize the Tripod’s design and fabrication fully.
