Fossil Energy – Drilling

Last month Exmar’s Infrastructure portfolio has been complemented with a participation of approximately 11.5% in Vantage Drilling.

Vantage has a fleet comprising two ultra-deepwater drillships, Platinum Explorer and Tungsten Explorer, and two premium jackups, Topaz Driller and Soehanah.

It also manages a couple of Seadrill-owned floaters. The contractor is listed on the US OTC market under VTDRF.

Exmar re-enters the drilling sector after over two decades, explaining that this strategic investment is driven by promising value due to continued underinvestment in the offshore drilling market.
