Incorporation of new joint venture company

General – New Joint Venture

Marco Polo Offshore from Singapore has incorporated a new joint venture with Taiwan’s Shengfan.

The new JVC is called M Renewables Co. and is settled in the Cayman Islands.

The initial paid up capital of the JVC is NTD42,000,000 (approximately S$1,785,000). The JVC is 51% owned by Shengfan and 49% owned by Marco Polo. The principal activity of the JVC is that of investment holding.

Marco Polo’s offshore division was established in 2010 and currently operates a fleet of 17 offshore support vessels, including two joint-venture units.
