General – Appointment
As per August Arjen Costerus has been appointed Manager Subsea Team and TEX Cables at the DEME Group.
As management of all trencher operations, Arjen is responsible for mobilization, demobilization, conversions, upgrades and operational feasibility studies.
Over the past two years, he has been working with a divers and dedicated group of people to better understand and improve the trencher and its capabilities.
While doing this, Arjen and his team developed a working methodology and a structure where they are confident that they can stay at the level they have risen to and provide a good platform to improve in the future.
With the increasing demands of the offshore wind market and DEME’s expanding cable installation capabilities, it has been decided to implement that structure that is now the Subsea Team.
