Delivery of 3 turret type SPM buoys in Mexico

Friday, July 7 2023

General – SPM Buoys

Bluewater recently successfully delivered 3 turret type SPM buoys, type TR1016, for use at the refinery of Pemex in Dos Bocas in Mexico.

The offshore terminal will soon be ready for uninterrupted operations for the next decades, without any major maintenance and dry-docking required.

Senior Project Manager Bart van den Ban commented:  ”An early start without having all design data available made it a challenging project, but the team managed very well and delivered on time.”

This achievement not only showcases Bluewater’s technical capabilities and expertise but also highlights our deep understanding of the industry and our ability to meet the specific needs of our clients.
