General – Grid Connection HKN
After three years of construction on land and sea, the grid connection for Hollandse Kust North is officially ready for commissioning.
This means that operator CrossWind (Eneco/Shell) can connect the 69 wind turbines, which will be located some 20 kilometers off the coast of Egmond aan Zee, to the ‘offshore socket’ of TenneT.
