First turbine installed at CHN Energy Bozhong offshore wind project

The hoisting of the first wind turbine of the CHN Energy Bozhong B2 Offshore Wind Power Project has recently been completed.

The Bozhong B2 project is in the northern sea area of Dongying City, Shandong. The offshore distance of the site center is about 19km, and the water depth is 17-19m.

The project has a planned capacity of 501.5 MW constituted of fifty-nine 8.5 MW wind turbines.

After being put into operation, annual power generation is expected to reach 1,589 GWh.
