Fossil Energy – FPSO

Petrobras has announced that FPSO Anita Garibaldi MV33 has left the DSIC Marine Yard shipyard, Dalian, China, Thursday 6th October 2022, bound for Brazilian’s water.

The FPSO will be installed in the Marlim and Voador fields, in the Campos Basin (RJ), with first production scheduled for in the third quarter of 2023.

With the capacity to produce up to 80,000 barrels of oil per day (bpd) and process up to 7 million m3 of gas/day, the new FPSO will be central for the Campos Basin Renewal Plan, aimed at renewing mature assets operated by the company in the region, Petrobras said.

The FPSO will be connected to 43 subsea wells, with peak production expected in 2026.
