Wind Energy – Vineyard
On July 16, 2022, the research vessel Shearwater started performing a pre-lay multibeam survey operation along the export cable route for the Vineyard Wind offshore wind farm through Nantucket Sound.
The survey operations, weather permitting, will take approximately two weeks. The vessel will not be towing any gear for this operation.
