WInd energy – RWE
Germany’s renewable energy giant RWE has decided to reorganize its renewable energy business to better meet its growth goals in the field of renewable energy.
On Monday, RWE Renewables CEO Anja-Isabel Dotzenrath said she had chosen to leave the company.
“The global offshore and onshore wind / PV businesses will be managed by separate divisions in the future, with more focus on the specific requirements of the various businesses,” said RWE.
Sven Utermöhlen will be responsible for the offshore wind division and Silvia Ortin Rios is responsible for onshore wind / PV.
Markus Krebber, CEO of RWEAG, said: “Sven and Silvia are two well-known and experienced leaders in the renewable energy business. Under their leadership, we further enhance our growth ambitions in offshore and onshore businesses.”
To date, Sven Utermöhlen has been COO of the global offshore wind business of RWE Renewables.
