Recently service engineers of SMST Designers & Constructors readjusted the setup of a rental gangway (TAB-L) on board the Rem Inspector from 4 to 6 stacking modules.
After disassembling the setup in Bremerhaven, the bottom stacking module was weighted and the gangway was rebuilt to a height of 6 stacking modules.
The job was completed in only 2 days, after which a second team of commissioning engineers of SMST was immediately ready to board and assist Rem Offshore’s crew with their walk-2-work operations in the Global Tech 1 wind park.
