Lubbers Transport Group, de logistieke upstream olie- en gasspecialist, heeft in september een nieuw kantoor in IJmuiden geopend in verband met de toegenomen bedrijvigheid in de regio. Op de multifunctionele locatie van 6.000 m2, die zo nodig eenvoudig kan worden uitgebreid, werken al 17 voertuigen met 20 chauffeurs. De locatie beschikt over een interne opslagcapaciteit van 250 m2 en buitengedeelte van 5.750 m2 . Het is ideaal gelegen in de industriële zonde van IJmuiden Haven, met de belangrijke ferry link met Newcastle, het Verenigd Koninkrijk, onder handbereik. |

Vroon’s first two multi-purpose platform-supply vessels (MPSV), VOS Pride and VOS Prime were launched at Fujian South East Shipyard (FSES) in Fuzhou, China. VOS Pride and VOS Prime are the first two in a series of ten sister vessels, ordered during 2012 and 2013 by Vroon Offshore Services. |

The discovery, which spans GDF SUEZ operated block 30/1f (licence P1588) and BP operated block 30/1c (licence P363) was flow tested at a maximum rate of 5,350 barrels of oil equivalent per day. The discovery, referred to as ‘Marconi’ by GDF SUEZ and ‘Vorlich’ by BP, is located in the Central North Sea. The find in Paleocene Sandstones has been flow tested at a maximum rate of 5,350 barrels of oil equivalent per day. |

Met ingang van 1 oktober 2014 is de heer Dirk Jan van den Berg (1953) benoemd als lid van de Raad van Commissarissen van de N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie (Gasunie). Hij is sinds 2008 werkzaam als voorzitter van het College van Bestuur van de Technische Universiteit Delft. Daarvoor was hij onder meer werkzaam als ambassadeur van Nederland in China en Mongolië (2005 – 2008) en als Permanente Vertegenwoordiger van Nederland bij de Verenigde Naties in New York (2001 – 2005). |
