Wind Energy – China
Goldwind, a global leader of clean energy, energy conservation and environmental protection from China, has begun construction of a 1,600-ton offshore windpower installation platform project.
Multiple sets of 20MW offshore windturbines will be able to be lifted and transported by the installation vessel in operating water depths of 70 meters.
The project will significantly increase the hoisting efficiency of wind turbine components and speed up the development of offshore wind power at an integrated mode of transportation + storage + hoisting.
