POSH buys offshore construction vessel from BOA OCV

Offshore energy services provider PACC Offshore Services Holdings (POSH) has agreed to buy the 119-m-long, DP-3 BOA Deep C offshore construction vessel (OCV) from Norway’s BOA OCV.

The vessel will be renamed POSH Deep C.

The OCV’s capabilities include subsea installation works and turnkey towage and installation services for the floating offshore wind and energy sector.

POSH Deep C is capable of executing deepwater floaters and mooring installation and removal, installation of offshore floating wind structures and mooring systems, and SURF installation works.

The vessel is set to join the POSH fleet in October.
