Wind Energy – Taiwan
Copenhagen Offshore Partners (COP) announced the promotion of Claire Lohan to CEO of the Taiwan Round 3 projects being developed for Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP).

Claire has been working in large scale energy infrastructure projects for seventeen years across development, construction and operations, with more than half of that time in offshore wind.
She has been working in Taiwan for over four years.
As Commercial and Consents Director she led the permitting and land rights programme for the 600MW Changfang Xidao Project and 300MW Zhongneng Project (developed in partnership with China Steel Corporation).
For the past eighteen months in her role as Chief Development Officer, she has been leading the development work for the Round 3 projects being developed for Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP). The Round 3 projects consists of six sites totalling up to 6.3GW of capacity.
Effective immediately Claire will take responsibility for the delivery of the Taiwan Round 3 projects, reporting to Jesper Krarup Holst, Partner in COP.
