Wind Energy – Poland
The Port of Gdansk Authority has opened a tender for companies interested in leasing land and constructing an installation terminal.
The port said the deadline for initial offers is 8 June, with the date for final binding offers to be about three months later.
Earlier this month, Poland’s Council of Ministers adopted a resolution changing the location of the planned terminal for offshore wind farms to Gdansk from Gdynia.
The resolution said that the outer port in Gdansk meets all the criteria of industry investors and will be delivered by Port of Gdansk by 1 June 2025.
