DSME wins offshore plant contract from Chevron

Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering has clinched a $551.5 million order to build an offshore plant for Chevron.

DSME will supply one unit of filed control station to be used at Jansz-Io gas field, located 135 km off Barrow Island in western Australia, by September 2025.

The company also won a deal worth 502 billion won to build two liquefied natural gas carriers for a Greek company last week.
