General – non-metallic usage

SoluForce from the Netherlands recently signed a contract for a long term collaboration with ADNOC, to enhance non-metallic usage in the UAE.

This collaboration enables the joint development of the RTP industry in the UAE, now and in the future.

Non-metallics pipes are corrosion-resistant and can withstand harsh environments, while driving lower costs and more sustainable operations, compared to their carbon steel equivalents.

ADNOC recently signed four new piloting agreements with Baker Hughes, Future Pipe Industries, SoluForce and Specialty RTP, to advance the use of non-metallics industrial solutions in various hydrocarbon and water service applications.

These collaborations reinforce ADNOC’s commitment to efficient operations and business sustainability, and complement its broader non-metallics program, designed to enhance the company’s continued strategic focus on embedding cutting-edge technology across its entire value chain.

“We are extremely honored to be part of this collaboration that re-affirms the long term potential of the RTP market in the UAE. With this collaboration we are able to increase the non-metallic footprint at ADNOC. We look forward to develop the market and are excited about the future of (new) energy in the GCC,” said Robert-Jan Berg, Managing Director SoluForce.

SoluForce was the first to develop and market long length RTP back in the year 1998, and has since build a track record with over 3.500 km of SoluForce RTP installed around the world. Strong partnerships have been fundamental for reaching this extensive performance history. This collaboration will play a prominent role in non-metallic initiatives of ADNOC and contribute to lowering their TCO, lowering their carbon footprint and increasing production capacity.
