World’s largest crane on its way to Saipem Karimum

At the terminal NovaDock in Rotterdam the world’s largest crane, a Liebherr LR 13000, was recently loaded.

The crane is now on its way to Saipem Karimum (Indonesia) where it will be used in the coming years for the construction of structures for an offshore windfarm.

The crane has a maximum capacity of no less than 3,000 tonnes and a maximum hoist of 236 metres.
