Singapore based Deepwater vessels company Ultra Deep Solutions has been awarded a sizable subsea installation contract in the Middle East region.
The contract is for installation and fabrication of subsea assets, for which DSCV Van Gogh mobilizing to the Middle East, most probably Saudi Arabia, from Singapore.
Van Gogh has an 18 men Saturation system, air system, ROVs, 150 ton crane, 1150 main m2 deck, Tier 3 emissions, consumes 8-9 m3 on DP of fuel and classed under DNV-GL.
According to UDS, the vessel is planned to stay in the area for 12-18 months.
Ultra Deep Solutions DSCV Lichtenstein is also in the Red Sea working on various Subsea projects and Matisse will also be in the region in Q2 2020 for a large subsea campaign.
