MAN 32/44CR scores order for heavy lift crane

MAN Energy Solutions has won an order to supply the engines for a new heavy-lift crane installation-vessel for Oslo-based OHT (Offshore Heavy Transport).

MAN’s scope of supply covers 4 × MAN 12V32/44CR GenSets with a total output of 28,800 kW.

The new vessel will be built at the shipyard of China Merchants Heavy Industry in Haimen/Nantong with delivery due in Q4, 2020. The order is for a single vessel, with options for three more.
