Following the award in November for the storage of 4,000 tonnes of export cable for the BorWin3 project WIND is very pleased to have again been awarded services for a large cable storage project.
The latest award is for the storage of 2 x 25 km export cables for a windfarm in the Baltic Sea. Services to be rendered under the contract consist of supply and mobilisation of a complete cable storage spread and load-outs from and to clients’ vessels.
“We are thrilled that this new client to WIND has confided their project to us” says Erik Thomas, director of WIND, based in Alkmaar. “It is good to see that we are able to offer competitive solutions whilst maintaining the quality and reliability that clients have come to expect from us.”
